Cylindrical gear reducer (ZDY, ZLY, ZSY, ZFY series)

1. The axis of the input shaft of the reducer and the axis of the output shaft shall be coaxial with the axis of the linking part. The error shall not be greater than the allowable value of the used coupling.

2. Due to the use of hard tooth surfaces, the reduction of the center distance causes the input shaft journal to decrease, which is often smaller than that of the matched motor shaft. When the hydraulic coupler is used for dragging, the shaft may break due to the poor fit of the mounting center and excessive stress on the dangerous section of the finer input shaft. For this reason, it is recommended that when the design is selected, the hydraulic coupler should be placed on the shaft end of the motor, and the elastic coupling should be mounted on the input shaft end.

3, after installation, the oil tank must be filled with lubricating oil, the oil level should be as high as the specified height (between the oil ruler, the lower limit between the line)。

4, before the formal use of reducer, the hand must be flexible, no stuck phenomenon, and then carry out no-load operation, the time shall not be less than 2 hours. The operation should be smooth and there should be no impact, vibration, noise or oil leakage. The fault should be eliminated in time.

5. Lubricant injected for the first time needs to be replaced after the reducer operates for 300 to 600 hours. After that, it is updated every 1500-5000 hours. This is mainly determined by the working environment, but the longest replacement time should not exceed 18 months. The oil plug should be cleaned at the same time when changing oil.

6。 When the oil temperature suddenly rises and abnormal noise occurs during operation, it is necessary to stop and check immediately。 After correcting the fault, you can put it into operation again。

High load capacity shaft-mounted reducer (ZJY series)

1。 The reducer is generally installed in a vertical position and within 20 degrees of the front and back, and it is used with the host。

2. Before the shaft of the output shaft of the reducer is inserted into the main shaft, grease should be applied on the surfaces of the shaft and shaft to reduce assembly resistance. Do not install it by forcible blow, otherwise it may cause bearing damage or deformation of the hollow shaft end. For the reducer installed with double-end taper sleeve, it can be installed as follows:

(1) first sleeve the inner hollow sleeve into the main spindle;

(2) Push the reducer into the main shaft of the main engine, and hang it on the left sleeve on the left end;

(3) Insert the right taper from the right side;

(4) Tighten the tightening screws of the left and right taper sleeves accordingly.

3, install the drive triangle belt. Due to the compact size of the reducer, the size of the configured bearing is small. To ensure the normal use of the bearing, please note the following points:

(1) Use high-strength narrow triangle belts as much as possible。 The narrow V-belt can reduce the width of the pulley and the size of the outer circle, as well as the tension tension of the V-belt, which can make the input force of the input pulley close to the inner side of the input shaft and improve the life of the input shaft bearing。 Very favorable。

(2) The entire V-belt wheel should be selected. For pulleys with spoke relief holes, the requirements for static balance should be met.

(3) The triangle belt should be tense and moderate。 Generally, the V-belt can be pressed down by two fingers, and the degree of tension in the V-belt can be judged by whether the pressure point is moved down by 1-2 mm。 Since the V-belt slips due to prolonged initial tension after running for a period of time, this amount of extension should be compensated by secondary tension。 Do not overstress at the time of initial installation, and add undue cantilever pull to the input shaft bearing。

4。 In order to overcome the effect of the anti-friction torque of the hollow shaft bearing on the reducer housing when the reducer is in operation, the torsion bar is generally used to balance the torque。 Anti-torsion rod installation position shown in Figure 1。 Anti-torque pull rod can be used 00 type "open lock spiral buckle", see Appendix 2。 Due to the irregular size of the inner hole of the cable mouth, it can be replaced by the processed ring head。 H9/n9 can be used for the matching of the inner hole of the ring head and the rod pin。 The use of a small clearance ring head can reduce the shake of the reducer。

5. Open the middle oil plug of the reducer box so that the box is in the vertical position. Add N220 medium-pressure gear oil from the ring hole and the oil level to the lower oil plug overflow height.

6. The reducer is running for a period of time without load to check for abnormal noise, oil leakage, vibration and other abnormal phenomena. If not, it can be put into load operation.

7. The oil should be replaced after the reducer is first run for 300-600 hours. After that, it will be replaced every 1500-5000 hours (mainly determined by the working environment), and it shall not exceed 18 months. When changing the oil, the magnetic oil plug (installed in the lower part of the box) should be cleaned at the same time.

8。 When the oil temperature of the reducer suddenly increases or abnormal noise occurs during operation, it should stop and check immediately。 After troubleshooting, you can continue to work。

9. When the one-way speed reducer needs reverse or two-way operation, open the end cover on the opposite side of the input shaft and pull out the star wheel pull plate from the constant contact type backstop (the pull plate can press the lifting screw on the star wheel. The hole position is self-manufactured. It can be reversed if it is installed reversely; or the roller, the top pin (small size without this part), and the top spring at the notch of the star wheel are removed to realize two-way operation. For the very contact backstop, the backstop must be pulled out and reversed, and the outer ring must be removed and reversed.

10。 The hollow shaft end cap is used to fix the axial position of the reducer and remove the reducer。 When used for fixing, use the hexagonal bolt matched with the center hole to lift the host input shaft; when disassembling, screw the hexagon bolt into the screw holes on both sides to push out the box。

High-strength hardened gear reducer (ZLYJ, ZSYJ, JHM, JHMS series)

1. Reducer should be installed on a flat foundation. When the anchor screw is evenly tightened, it should be ensured that the screw inserted into the output shaft can rotate uniformly without jamming, so as to avoid adding additional force to the output shaft and the bearing and affecting the bearing life. Do not use strong mounting and dismounting screws.

The power input of the 420 or more (420) power reducer is only allowed to input power through the coupling. When installing, the installation error of the coupling should not exceed the allowable range when the anchor screw is tightened. It is not allowed to align the middle coupling and the rear ground screw when the foot support is not leveled so as not to cause excessive torque to the input shaft. If the user really needs to use the V-belt to input power, please specify this requirement when ordering!

The 375 or less (including 375) specification allows the input of power using a V-belt。 Please use high-intensity narrow V-shaped belts as much as possible。 The V-belt pulleys should be fully turned and balanced。 The use of a high-strength, narrow V-belt reduces tension and uses the resultant force centered on the inside of the input shaft。 It is very advantageous to reduce the additional bending moment acting on the outer section of the front bearing fulcrum。 When the V-belt is installed at the beginning, the midpoint of the V-belt tight edge is pressed down by 2 to 3 kilograms of external force to produce an 8 to 10 mm deformation。

Due to the small center-to-center distance of the hardened gear reducer, larger bearings cannot be configured and the journal is also thinner. The alignment of the coupling and the tensioning of the V-belts meet the above requirements and will directly affect the input shaft and bearings, as well as the life of the complete machine!

2. After the gear unit is installed, lubricate the upper part of the oil mirror center. The oil level should be determined after the lubricant is evenly distributed in the tank. After the speed reducer is running, the oil level should be checked frequently. In any case, the oil level should not be lower than the lower center of the oil mirror. After the first 300-600 hours of use, change the oil once. Change the oil every 3000 hours. The replacement should be stopped at the reducer and the lubricant should be discharged when it has not cooled down. The tank is flushed with the same quality oil. If the viscosity of oil is high, it is not suitable for flushing to heat first.

In the circuit with forced lubrication, a self-sealing TF-type self-sealing oil-absorbing filter is equipped with a very advanced and perfect function. The filter has the following functions: (1) When the front cover is opened and the filter element is removed, the built-in self-sealing valve closes on its own, shutting off the oil circuit to prevent the outflow of oil in the oil pool. (2) The sender with green, yellow, and red colors can display the plugging state of the filter at any time (green - unobstructed, yellow - partial blockage, red - more severe blockage). When there is a serious blockage, the sender will send a signal (please connect the two output lines of the sender to the alarm line) to remind the user to stop cleaning or replace the filter element. (3) After the message is sent, the user still does not clean the filter. After the filter plugs, the bypass in the decantator opens automatically, and the lubricating oil will not circulate through the filter core.

The electric contact pressure gauge configured according to the user's special requirements can monitor the working status of the oil pump。 When the oil pump is damaged and the oil supply stops, the pressure gauge will output an electrical signal when the pressure gauge on the electrical contactor loses pressure。 At this point the control circuit will automatically alarm, cut off the power supply, shutdown maintenance, to avoid bearing oil and burning。

In the motor control loop, set the time delay relay to ensure that the motor starts normally.

Electric contact pressure gauge, before leaving the factory, the pressure indicator has been adjusted to 0。3-0。4Mpa (the pressure on the pointer does not need to adjust), after running for a period of time, due to oil heat and viscosity decreased, the oil pressure may decline, affecting the normal jobs。 Release the lock nut on the side of the table seat at this time。 Use a screwdriver to adjust the regulator screw (rotor) to increase the oil pressure。 After tightening the pressure, lock the nut。 The above-mentioned alarm control circuit requires the user to configure itself。 This device only provides related components that can output the signal。

3。 The retarder equipped with forced lubrication of the oil pump may cause insufficient oil intake due to excessive oil viscosity due to excessive oil viscosity in the initial stage of driving。 This phenomenon generally disappears after the temperature of the lubricating oil rises。

In normal operation, if there is an increase in oil pump noise, the general condition may be excessive oil line resistance. In this case, clean the filter and other related parts.

Regardless of the type of speed reducer, if it is used for a long time or when the temperature is too low, it should be idle for a period of time. After the bearings are fully lubricated, they can be loaded and operated.

Cylindrical Bevel Gear Reducer (DBY, DCY Series)

1. The axis of the input shaft of the reducer and the axis of the output shaft shall be coaxial with the axis of the linking part. The error shall not be greater than the allowable value of the used coupling.

2. Due to the use of hard tooth surfaces, the reduction of the center distance causes the input shaft journal to decrease, which is often smaller than that of the matched motor shaft. 1. The axis of the output shaft of the reducer and the link portion of the working machine should be coaxial. The installation error of the reducer must not be greater than the allowable value of the coupling.

2。 When the output shaft end needs to install gears, sprocket and other transmission parts, the following methods should be adopted during the design and installation of the transmission system: The resultant direction acting on the reducer should point to the foundation。

3. After the reducer is installed, the oil in the tank must be filled with suitable lubricant to the specified height of the oil standard. The middle mark on the oil mark is a horizontal mounting position, and the upper mark is an inclined mounting position. After oil injection, it should be unloaded for a period of time, and it can be put into normal use after confirming that the operation is smooth and there is no oil leakage.

4. The first injection of lubricating oil needs to be replaced after the reducer operates for 300 to 600 hours. After that, it is updated every 1500-5000 hours.
